Ah, the art of croissants…and with us the process takes three days of expert prep to ensure light, buttery perfection. With multiple batches baked each day, they’re proudly featured in many Sydney must-try lists (some insist our almond croissant is the best in Sydney). As our customers tell us: we are “the real French deal”, featuring seasonal treats in countless varieties… with Chef dreaming up new “over the top” sweet and savoury filled versions to delight year round. Think Yuzu Meringue croissants, Earl grey Raspberry crème brûlée, Truffle d’Affinois danish…
Other M&Y inventions include our “Eclairzilla” (a “beast” of an eclair serving 4-6!), as well as our “Yuzu Blanc” entremets (French for multi-layered dessert loveliness, usually with a mousse component; this one features our homemade fromage blanc mousse and yuzu curd). Our offerings move with the seasons, always informed by the best ingredients at hand for our chefs to be inspired by.
